Founder and Director

Wellevation Workplace Solutions

  • MSc Workplace Health and Wellbeing, University of Nottingham

  • BSc Occupational Therapy, University of Southampton

I feel fortunate to love working. Every day, it connects me to interesting people, enables me to learn and makes me feel proud of myself. I hope that my feelings towards work enable me to work for longer, be more productive and have a more meaningful impact on all of the lives my work touches. I want work to be good (and feel good!) for others and for organisations to take steps towards making this happen.

I began my career as a clinician and have since completed my MSc in Workplace Health and Wellbeing, specialising my practice in improving health in a work environment. I have skills in clinical practice, research, and project management, which I am combining through Wellevation Workplace Solutions, an action-oriented organisation that:

  • Creates environments where people prosper and, accordingly, so do businesses

  • Helps equip businesses to fulfil their legal obligations to their employees.

Wellevation Workplace Solutions pledges to organisations:

1. To consider the evidence - to optimise the use of your precious and finite resources, only suggesting solutions that research indicates to be helpful and sustainable.

2. To help you take action - by being a doing and problem-solving organisation, work and interactions with you will be steered towards helping you find solutions that have the greatest impact on your stakeholders.

3. To be flexible - to meet your business needs by offering bespoke services for you so that you feel our collaboration has been strong and that your needs have been met.

Although work is an important part of my life, it is not my whole life. Outside of work, you will find me on a badminton court, reading a book or cooking and eating until I am stuffed.

My MSc in Workplace Health and Wellbeing equips me to systematically consider how work settings can foster employee health to increase organisational productivity and retention, reduce stress and sickness absence.

04

I work clinically supporting university students with additional mental health and learning needs since 2020. Enabling individuals from diverse backgrounds to fulfil their potential at work and in their studies is a passion of mine.
